Leone Vatican House is a modern 70 sqm apartment located in a historic building (built in 1907) in the heart of Rome. Pet friendly, family friendly, ideal for groups and couples who want to enjoy a Roman stay supported by our team in one of the best areas of the city!
The apartment is located in Via Leone IV, in the Prati district, close to Metro A and just across the street from the Vatican Museums.
The Vatican area is the perfect place for a holiday: full of shops, typical restaurants, attractions, and panoramic spots. One of the main advantages is its excellent connection to public transport.

The Space
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette (not a separate dining room), and a spacious living room with a relaxation area. It includes all the comforts for a pleasant stay: a complete courtesy kit (bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets), independent heating, air conditioning, and kitchen utensils.
Food is not provided, but everything you need to cook independently is available.

Guest Access
The apartment is located in a historic building. To access the elevator (60 cm wide), a few steps must be taken.
Once past the main entrance, the apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs or elevator.
There is no physical reception (online reception only, 24/7), and concierge service is not available. Therefore, since this is an unsupervised condominium, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment with a member of staff for check-in and key collection.

Neighbourhood Description
Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, a laundromat, taxi stand, and many restaurants. There is also a stationery shop, pharmacy, currency exchange, and tourist information point — all within 200 metres.
Breakfast is included and will be served at a local café, the name of which will be shared after booking.

Getting Around
Via Leone IV is adjacent to Piazza Cola di Rienzo and right across from the Vatican Museums. You can reach on foot: St. Peter’s Square, the Janiculum hill, Vatican Museums, Borgo Pio, Castel Sant'Angelo, the shopping area of Prati, and the Metro A station, which connects directly to Termini Station and all the major sights of Rome that are not reachable on foot.
