House Santa Caterina is a modern 100 m2 penthouse located in a historic building in the center of Rome.
House Caterina is located a stone's throw from the Pantheon, as well as from via del Corso. A terrace with a breathtaking view of the most beautiful monuments of Rome, an incredible atmosphere to experience at least once in your life. The living room is then made comfortable by three beautiful and panoramic bedrooms with large windows that continue to give guests a priceless view. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living room overlooking the terrace complete the whole. Pet friendly, family friendly, it is ideal for groups and also for couples who want to enjoy a stay in Rome!

Space
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and panoramic terrace from which you can see the best attractions of Rome. Each room has a double bed and other comforts such as fast WI-FI, courtesy kit (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets), there are independent heating, air conditioners and cooking utensils (food is not provided ).
The structure does not have an internal private parking, but we recommend the local garage!


Guest access
The apartment is located in a historic building so to take the lift (60 cm wide) it is necessary to take a few steps.
After the entrance door, the apartment is located on the fifth floor which can be reached via the stairs or the lift.
There is no physical reception (the 24h reception is ONLY online) and the concierge service is NOT available. For this reason, since we are in an unattended condominium, we ask you to make an appointment with a member of staff ONLY for check-in to collect the keys.

Neighborhood description
In the immediate vicinity there are some markets and numerous historic restaurants. There is also a stationer's shop, a pharmacy and a currency exchange and tourist information shop. All these useful points are located less than 500 meters from our structure.

Getting around the area
House Santa Caterina is located in a ZTL area, i.e. limited traffic, so not all cars are allowed to circulate (if you have an electric car there are no problems). On foot you can reach Piazza San Pietro, the Gianicolo, the Vatican museums, Borgo Pio, Castel Sant'Angelo, the shopping area of the Prati district and a few minutes' walk from us there is the Metro A which connects the apartment to Termini Station and the main attractions of Rome that cannot be reached on foot.
